There's something about fall that makes me love olive, taupe, and cognac paired together! In my last post, I demonstrated how to take inspiration from different eras and incorporate it into your every day lifestyle and personal fashion. If you haven't checked it out yet, you can do so here. The color scheme in this post is very similar, but this is the pant version.
If you aren't into layering skirts and dresses but loved the color combo in the last post, then this is the post for you. Layering items can be just as simple and effortless as layering skirts and dresses. If you think about it, all you really have to do is pick out pieces that really go together. If this is more difficult for you, start out with a simple, basic tee. You can never go wrong with layering a basic tee, especially a neutral one.
For the purpose of this post, I chose a white tee, because I wanted to give some more vibrancy to the outfit. Wearing all beige-like colors can sometimes drown out the outfit if you don't do it the right way. Think of it as color blocking.
