It was nice out for at least a day this past weekend! Yay!
The amazing weather inspired me to wear my pale pink heels out and about. I opted for a neutrals, since the previous snowy-icy weather inspired me to wear more dark toned colors than light. Since some were trying to make camo come back, (which I think some-what failed), I opted for a light green pant with zippers down the front and unique stitching on the legs. My trusty BR sweater was warm enough and light enough to wear without getting overwhelmingly hot or cold while I was out and about in Denton. Of course, the faux leather jacket kept me nice and warm, too.
Since the day was so lovely, my sister (who is about to start a blog of her own), invited me to get some froyo with her, so we had a sister date. It was so nice that we didn’t mind walking a few blocks for the frozen yogurt, and we decided to walk a couple more blocks to relax at a cafe near by and have some iced coffee while we waited for some friends.
The outfit was so spring-y and spring inspired that I didn’t mind wearing it from day to night as we headed out for dinner with friends and out into the night afterwards. The faux leather jacket made it cool enough to wear out to get a couple of drinks after dinner.
